Lisa Zavorski has been named executive director of LIFE St. Francis, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE®) in Bordentown, NJ.
Zavorski brings a wealth of experience in health care operations and PACE to her new position. Before joining LIFE St. Francis, she was director of Integrated Case Management at St. Francis Medical Center. She joined LIFE St. Francis in May 2012 as director of Quality and Compliance and was promoted to center director last March.
"We are confident that Lisa will be successful moving the organization forward while focusing on the mission and value of the PACE model," said Anne Lewis, interim executive director of LIFE St. Francis and vice president of Operations for Trinity Health PACE.
LIFE St. Francis provides comprehensive care to residents of Mercer County and portions of Burlington County who are age 55 and over and wish to remain living safely and independently in the community but need coordinated services. Services are provided in the home and at the LIFE Center in Bordentown.
