Element Care has named Olga Kogan Tsypkin center manager at its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE®) in Lynn, MA. She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of PACE at Element Care at 62 Market Street in Lynn.
“I was interested in joining PACE at Element Care after learning of its mission to help people live safely and comfortably in their homes for as long as they can,” said Tsypkin. “Having doctors, nurses, social workers, behavioral health therapists and the rehab team under one roof resonated with me, as I think that continuous, coordinated quality care is a key to the future success of the health care system.”
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a bachelor’s degree in sociology, Tsypkin has worked with older populations for the past 10 years. Previously, she was a program manager with How’s Work Inc., a home care agency in Stoneham, MA.
“With her deep experience in home care services and working with older adults, Olga brings a wealth of real-world experience to her new position as center manager at our Market Street PACE in Lynn,” said Liz Agnes, director of Center Operations at Element Care. “She will be a valuable resource to our participants, staff and the greater Lynn community at large.”
