Bluegrass PACE Expands Transportation Services for Older Adults
Bluegrass Care Navigators has received grant funding from Truist Foundation and the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG) to purchase an additional transportation van for Bluegrass PACE participants in Fayette County, KY. The new van will expand the existing transportation fleet of Bluegrass PACE, helping meet growing demand and ensuring participants can reliably access the care and services they need.
“We are incredibly grateful to Truist Foundation and LFUCG for their support,” said Jamie Moen, president of Bluegrass Care Navigators. “This additional van will help us reach more participants, reduce transportation barriers, and ensure people can consistently access the care, services and social connections that help them live healthier, more independent lives.”
