CEI PACE West County Helps Older Adults Maintain Independence

Several years ago, Rose Usher spent much of her time in her apartment in Richmond, CA, living with a disability, grieving the loss of her partner, and experiencing depression. Outgoing by nature, she wanted a reason to leave home.
That opportunity arrived when a flyer from the Center for Elders Independence (CEI) arrived in the mail. Today, she is a regular presence at the CEI PACE West County Center in El Sobrante.
