Louisiana Department of Health to Hold PACE Summit on Sept. 16

WASHINGTON, DC – Aug. 19, 2026 – The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) will hold a PACE Summit on Wednesday, Sept. 16, in Baton Rouge, the National PACE Association (NPA) has announced. NPA president and CEO Shawn Bloom will offer remarks, along with LDH secretary Pete Croughan, MD.

Topics of the summit will include how PACE aligns with the state strategy and vision for serving older adults, Medicaid and the Louisiana Rural Health Transformation Program. You can view the agenda. 

Registration for the summit is required. The registration deadline is Sept. 1. Interested individuals also can attend virtually.
