Accelerating State Access to PACE (ASAP) is a program of the National PACE Association (NPA) that was made possible by a two-year grant from the John A. Hartford Foundation in 2001. The funding provided grants, direct technical assistance and training to states to expand the availability of Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

Permanent resources were developed to assist states in developing PACE. The John A. Hartford Foundation provided a follow-up grant in 2008 to update the materials.

There are more than 240 PACE centers in 31 states. Find your local PACE program.
