The 2019 NPA Annual Conference will be held Oct. 13-16 in New Orleans. You can view the Conference Program.

Rooms in the conference hotel are available at the $229 group rate for Oct. 13-15. Prior to Oct. 13 and after Oct. 16, the rate will be $259 and include a room upgrade.

Online Registration Now Available

Complete your registration online with VISA or Mastercard and automatically receive an email confirmation of your transaction, including an itemized receipt. For assistance with online registration, including payment by check, contact Jessica Chan, Association Services Manager, at or 703-535-1565.

Registration at the NPA member rate is available to staff and board members of an NPA member organization or its corporate sponsor. Early-bird registration rates are available for registrations received with payment through Sept. 16. Any registration received after that date will be subject to regular registration rates. Registrations received after Oct. 4 will be processed on-site.

Refunds for registration costs, less a $50 service fee, will be processed if written cancellation is received by email no later than Oct. 4. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Conference Hotel

The NPA block of rooms at the Marriott has been extended until Monday, September 23rd based upon availability.

The conference hotel is the New Orleans Marriott. You can make an online reservation or call 504-581-1000. The room rate is $229 single/double plus tax. Mention the National PACE Association to receive this special discounted rate. The reservation deadline is Sept. 18, based on availability.

Photography at the Conference

NPA may take photos, videos and/or audio of speakers and attendees throughout the conference or may receive photos, videos or audio from others, such as from the conference app. These photos, videos or audio are for NPA use only and may appear on the NPA website, newsletters, conference brochures, social media outlets or other future NPA materials. By attending the conference, you agree to the use of your likeness in such media.
