NPA Changes Conference Format from In-Person to Virtual Event

NPA leadership and staff have monitored the COVID-19 pandemic with respect to the upcoming NPA Annual Conference, including restrictions in California, the current state of domestic travel, and recommendations for convening large groups. Prioritizing the safety and well-being of all involved, NPA has made the difficult decision to transition the conference, which was to be held Oct. 11-14 in San Diego, from an in-person event to an online experience. The NPA Virtual Annual Conference is scheduled to open on Monday, Nov. 2.

While we are disappointed not to be able to meet in person as planned, we are committed to providing a valuable educational experience online that can be accessed remotely. NPA staff will work closely with the NPA Education Committee to develop this virtual event.

The conference program and other information, including registration and pricing, will be available in September. For more information, contact Venise Lewis, senior vice president of PACE Education and Learning.
