Exciting New Format Change

While the pandemic appears to be on a downward trend, there is still much uncertainty around emerging variants, the administration of vaccines, and efforts underway to “reopen” the nation. NPA is cognizant that PACE organizations have weathered a difficult year and still have many challenges ahead as they continue staff and participant vaccination efforts and transition more services back to the PACE center.

In recognition of these challenges, NPA and the leadership of its Primary Care and Quality committees have decided to offer a new flexible and innovative format for the 2021 NPA Summer Conference. The conference will be offered as a series of live, interactive webinars geared to providing a platform for greater engagement and networking opportunities among attendees.

The webinar series will launch in August and be offered monthly through December. Building on the theme of “Promoting Health Equity and Eliminating Disparities in PACE,” the webinars will focus on topics that are pertinent to quality improvement, medical leadership, and clinical issues impacting PACE.

The NPA Summer Conference will bring together cross-sectional PACE leaders and provide an opportunity to discuss actionable, tactical and scalable solutions to health care disparities and social determinants of health challenges and achieve better outcomes for those served by PACE.

Registration information will be available in mid-June. For more information, contact Venise Lewis, senior vice president of PACE Education and Learning.
