The conference will be held in person at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, 808 Howell Street, Seattle, WA 98101.
Attendees will use the username and password for their NPA Online account to register for this event. (This is the same information used to log into the NPA website.) For assistance with your registration or payment, contact Jessica Chan.
If you do not have an NPA Online account, you can create a free account by selecting Sign In in the top navigation bar of the NPA website. Select Create a New Account and complete the form. Select the name of your organization from the drop-down menu, and use the email address associated with your NPA member organization to ensure timely account verification. Select Save at the bottom of the page. Most account requests are approved automatically. If your account needs to be verified by NPA, it may take one to two days to receive confirmation. If you have an NPA Online account but forget your username or password, visit the NPA website and select Login in the top navigation bar. Then select Forgot Username or Forgot Password and follow the prompts to recover your lost account information. For assistance, contact Jessica Chan.
Your NPA Online username and password are unique to you. Never share them with anyone else. To register someone else from your organization for this event, click on the event registration tab and select Register Someone Else. Each individual attendee must have a unique registration for this event.
Early-bird registration ends on Sept. 23.
After registering for the conference, contact the Hyatt Regency Seattle to make your hotel reservation. Reservations at the can be made online or by calling 206-973-1234. Mention the National PACE Association to receive the special discounted room rate of $269 plus taxes. The deadline for hotel reservations is Sept. 16, based on availability.
The registration fee includes three continental breakfasts, four refreshment breaks, site tours at the local PACE organizations, and the Opening Night Reception. Additional fees are required for pre-conference events, special luncheons and other activities. Please register in advance for these events. Special meal requests also must be made in advance.
The Hyatt Regency Seattle is 15 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). To access the Link Light Rail at the airport, go to the fourth floor from baggage claim, cross the skybridge to the parking garage level, and follow the signs. The rail stop for the Hyatt Regency Seattle is at the Westlake Station, which is two blocks southwest of the hotel. Rideshare services are available for pick-up at the hotel on the third floor of the on-site parking garage in rows G-J of the orange and purple sections. Taxis are available on the third floor of the parking garage on the north and south curbs. The cost of a taxi from the airport to the hotel is approximately $45. Self-parking is available at the Hyatt Regency Seattle for $43 per night. Parking is subject to availability, and pricing may change.
Everyone planning to attend the conference must be fully vaccinated by Oct. 7. Attendees must complete an attestation stating that they have been fully vaccinated and agree to self-test 24 hours prior to departing for the conference and on the first morning before entering the conference area. Attendees also must agree to the waiver on the conference site. Masking during the conference is optional but highly recommended by NPA. We will continue to monitor evolving state and federal health and safety guidance and communicate with attendees if any changes occur regarding indoor mask mandates.
The suggested dress code for the conference is business casual.
The NPA Annual Conference has been pre-approved for CME/CNU credit. Registrants can claim credits commensurate with their participation at the conclusion of the conference. A Learner Notification Document will be provided to all registrants at the end of conference.
Refunds for registration fees, less a $50 service fee, will be processed if written cancellation is received by Jeff Olszewski by Sept. 30.
