John Blazek Joins On Lok As Chief Development Officer

John Blazek has been appointed chief development officer at On Lok in San Francisco. He will execute strategies to develop donors and contributions to support the business units of the organization and oversee all fundraising activities, managing day-to-day operations and monitoring donor efficiency through coordination with staff and committees.

“In addition to his strong track record of growing donor bases and managing important donor relationships, John is adept at creating and driving strategic plans,” said Grace Li, CEO of On Lok. “From fundraising to development strategy to operations, we’re excited to leverage his two decades of expertise to support On Lok’s next phase of growth.”

Blazek stated, “I’m impressed with the innovative services On Lok provides, and I’m excited to join a group of health care professionals whose goal is to improve seniors’ lives across the Bay Area. I plan to work hard to develop and strengthen the ways in which the organization serves an increasingly diverse senior community through an integrated approach to health and social care.”

Prior to joining On Lok, Blazek was vice president of individual giving and chapter president at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
