LifeCircles PACE Opens in Michigan

January 29, 2016

LifeCircles PACE opened this month in Holland, MI, with the capacity to serve up to 175 people.

LifeCircles, a partnership between Mercy Health and Porter Hills Retirement Community, opened the $3 million facility in a former retail outlet center. The Holland area previously lacked a senior care provider that uses the PACE model.

“We think the population numbers are going to be there because the population is aging,” said Kurt Sapp, operations director at LifeCircles. “We think we can serve that community very, very well.”
