On Lok Names Gary Campanella As CFO and Joy Moore As Chief HR Officer

On Lok, based in San Francisco, has announced the appointment of Gary Campanella, MBA, as chief financial officer and Joy Moore as chief human resources officer.

As CFO, Campanella is responsible for the financial management of each of the On Lok business units and provides tactical and strategic oversight in accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, cash management, investments and organizational development. In her role as chief human resources officer, Moore oversees all aspects of human resource management and industrial relations policies, practices and operations and will be a key driver in implementing performance measurement, professional development and work culture.

Campanella, who joined On Lok in January as interim CFO, previously was vice president of Finance and Administration at Access Clinical Partners, a national developer and operator of urgent care clinics. Before that, he held senior finance roles in private, for-profit health care entities, including Prospira PainCare, Telecare Corporation and CRC Health Group.

Moore was senior human resources consultant and owner at FJI Consulting before joining On Lok. She shaped high-performing cultures at Fortune 500 companies, pharmaceutical companies, nonprofits and small businesses. Previously, she held senior human resource positions at Presbyterian Health Care, Catalent Pharmaceutical, Los Alamos National Laboratory and Motorola.
