AltaMed Health Services, the nation’s largest independent federally qualified community health center, has opened its first Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE®) in Orange County, CA, with locations in Santa Ana and Anaheim to provide comprehensive health services to frail seniors.

Friday Is Deadline to Submit a Proposal to Present at NPA Annual Conference

The Education Committee of the National PACE Association (NPA) invites staff of NPA member organizations to submit a proposal to present at the 2021 NPA Annual Conference, which will be held virtually Nov. 8-12. Select educational sessions will be held live each day of the week, and other sessions will be prerecorded and made available beginning Nov. 8.

Neighborhood Healthcare to Open Riverside PACE

Neighborhood Healthcare will open Riverside PACE in Riverside, CA, on July 1. The 19,000-square foot facility will offer tailored health care to seniors from an interdisciplinary team specializing in aging and chronic conditions.

The PACE interdisciplinary team, which includes therapists, dietitians, social workers and home care nurses, will create a customized care plan for each participant to ensure optimal health, safety and well-being. The new center is located at 4371 Latham Street in Riverside.
