Neighborhood Healthcare to Open Riverside PACE

Neighborhood Healthcare will open Riverside PACE in Riverside, CA, on July 1. The 19,000-square foot facility will offer tailored health care to seniors from an interdisciplinary team specializing in aging and chronic conditions.

The PACE interdisciplinary team, which includes therapists, dietitians, social workers and home care nurses, will create a customized care plan for each participant to ensure optimal health, safety and well-being. The new center is located at 4371 Latham Street in Riverside.

Huron Valley asks PACE organizations around the country to participate in the moment of silence. Michigan Rep. Donna Lasinski (D-52) will visit Huron Valley PACE at 2 p.m. to tour the facility and learn about the services provided to older adults in the community.

NPA Diversity Council Adds PACE Organization Representatives
