| This position oversees the Quality Improvement program for the Healthy Aging and Wellness Program (HAWP), which includes the Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE), Assisted Living, Adult Day Services, and Congregate Meal Program. This position will develop, organize, and ensure implementation of an effective Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Plan (QAPI); analyze program data and trends; report to state and federal agencies; and work in collaboration with all members of the HAWP team to meet stated goals and promote quality standards. The Quality Assurance Administrator will also oversee service delivery requests and appeals and grievances processes for the PACE program, facilitate quality communication with contracted providers; and supervise the Quality Assurance Coordinator. This position is a backup member of the Interdisciplinary Team, pursuant to 42 CFR §§ 460.102(b) and (d), as the PACE Center Manager. |
