WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Asses the psychological status of patients related to the patient’s illness and environment.
Carry out social evaluations and interventions based on evaluation findings.
Provide information to patients or families and care givers and community agencies.
Provide patient and family-focused therapeutic crisis counseling.
Continuously update case manager.
Maintain clinical records on all patients referred to social work.

QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree - Required
2 years Acute Care Hospital - Preferred
2 years Mental Health or related Community Healthcare - Preferred
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) - Required OR
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Required

Salary is negotiable.
