Sen. Nancy Skinner Secures $1 Million for New CEI Facility

– State Sen. Nancy Skinner helped secure $1 million in funding in the latest state budget to support construction of a new facility in El Sobrante, CA, that will provide coordinated health care and services for seniors in the East Bay area. Center for Elders’ Independence (CEI) will operate the new location scheduled to open in early 2024.
