State PACE RFPs
The following states have issued Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to encourage organizations to open PACE programs to serve specific communities.
2026
Nevada
On Oct. 8, 2026, Nevada issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for PACE in the state.
Louisiana
On July 27, 2026, Louisiana issued a solicitation for the expansion of PACE in the state.
2025
Tennessee
On Oct. 31 Tennessee announced a solicitation for PACE applications. However, an NDA must be submitted to access the request for application. The deadline for applications is Dec. 5.
Louisiana
On Sept. 15 Louisiana released a Request for Information (RFI) for the Shreveport area. Responses are due by Oct. 31 at 4:30 p.m. CT.
Pennsylvania
On Sept. 13 Pennsylvania released a solicitation for expansion of LIFE to the following counties: Adams, Bradford, Carbon, Centre, Huntingdon, Monroe, Pike, Potter, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga and Wayne.
Oregon
Oregon issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Jackson and Josephine counties.
Georgia
On April 4 Georgia released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for PACE and a timeline for response.

The state released a PowerPoint presentation with information pertaining to its expected RFP. The presentation includes new proposed PACE service areas that were added after the November 2024 town hall meeting.
Connecticut
Connecticut released a Request for Information (RFI) to inform its PACE Feasibility Study.
Minnesota
Minnesota released a Request for Information (RFI) related to the possible future development of PACE in the state.
New Jersey
New Jersey issued two new Requests for Application (RFAs):
The state announced the selection of organizations to move forward with PACE development as a result of their Request for Proposals (RFP) process:
- Hunterdon County: Senior LIFE PA
- Morris County: WelBeHealth
- Sussex County: WelBeHealth
- Warren County: WelBeHealth
2023
New Jersey
The state announced the selection of organizations to develop PACE in the following counties:
- Bergen: WelbeHealth
- Passaic: Senior LIFE PA
- Middlesex: BoldAge
Oregon
The state announced a new statewide PACE provider in areas not currently being served by an active PACE organization.
Ohio
The state announced the selection of organizations to move forward with PACE development as a result of their RFP process.
