Dlugosz brings deep clinical and professional experience across a variety of health care settings that support older adults with complex medical needs to his role at Fallon Health Weinberg-PACE, which serves Erie and Niagara counties. He will be responsible for the overall clinical and operational leadership of the program, as well as the strategic planning, coordination and evaluation of services.

Previously, Dlugosz held leadership positions with Fallon Health, Schofield Care and Complete Senior Care PACE and worked for a visiting nurses association in Western New York.

Fallon Health is the largest PACE provider in New England and among the top 10 in the country.
