Michigan PACE Programs Work with Medicaid to Expand Asset Limits
Posted on: February 3, 2025

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to change a policy that would raise the asset limit for Medicaid qualifications, reports ABC-13.
Senior individuals and couples can expect to see their asset limits increase starting this month. The asset limit will be raised to more than $9,000 for individuals and $14,000 for couples.
The increased funding for participants will take a huge burden off their shoulders, said Sarah Milanowski, manager of Enrollment and Marketing at Life Circles PACE.
