CEI Opens New PACE Center in El Sobrante, CA

The Center for Elders’ Independence (CEI) celebrated its expansion in West County with the grand opening of a new PACE Center in El Sobrante, CA.
“We are proud to bring CEI’s trusted model of care to West County,” said Maria Zamora, CEO of Center for Elders’ Independence. “Too many elders here have been left behind, facing language barriers, long commutes for care, and the devastating effects of isolation. Our El Sobrante center is a place where older adults can get the health care and support they need to thrive in their own homes and communities.”
The new facility serves older adults in El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Pinole, Richmond, San Pablo and surrounding neighborhoods.
