Calling All PACE Innovators! Help Shape the Future of PACE

Calling all PACE innovators! NPA is launching an internal workgroup to provide input on a draft concept for a national PACE pilot model to explore new ways to bring PACE to more individuals and communities.

Please note that this concept is in early development by NPA and would require approval and implementation by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). By participating, you will help shape a proposal that reflects the needs, expertise and innovation of the PACE community.

• Who: PACE leaders, including CMOs, executives, staff and other stakeholders.
• What: Input on a national PACE model test concept.
• Where: Two or three hour-long virtual workgroup sessions.
• When: Fall and winter of 2025.
• Why: To ensure the model proposed to CMS reflects real-world needs and innovations across the PACE community.
