Rocky Mountain PACE, which serves older adults in the Pikes Peak Region of Colorado, celebrated the grand opening of its third site on Sept. 9. Rocky Mountain PACE at Quail Lake is a 9,500-square foot facility that includes a clinical site and participant day center to serve up to 300 residents of the surrounding community.

Rocky Mountain PACE assists more than 1,000 participants at three locations in El Paso County with comprehensive services that include primary, specialty and mental health care; dental, vision, hearing and rehabilitation services; and transportation, meals and social activities.

The leadership team and board members were on hand at the grand opening to welcome over 150 guests to a lodge-themed celebration filled with food, fun and guided tours. Guests explored the new space with a scavenger hunt map that highlighted the wide range of activities and services available.

Members of the Colorado Springs and Fountain chambers of commerce took part in the joint ribbon-cutting ceremony.

“Rocky Mountain PACE is health care that everybody deserves, targeted for those who need it most,” said CEO Nate Olson. “This new center symbolizes our commitment to serving the community and ensuring that quality, compassionate care is available.”
