InnovAge Colorado PACE offers help to seniors in Pueblo, CO, anytime, day or night, through its Visiting After Hours Nurses (VANs) program.
The VANs program is a key part of the InnovAge wrap-around care model, offering peace of mind to participants and their families at night, on weekends, and during holidays, said Gabriel Silversmith, MD, state medical director at InnovAge Colorado PACE.
