U.S. Rep. Jeff Crank Visits Rocky Mountain PACE
U.S. Rep. Jeff Crank (R-CO-5) visited Rocky Mountain PACE, in Colorado Springs, CO, on Oct. 27 to learn about its comprehensive senior care services.
During his hour-long visit, Rep. Crank toured the PACE center and met with participants, staff and leadership to develop a better understanding of how PACE supports older adults who require a nursing home level of care while enabling them to remain in their homes and communities.
He shared his own experiences with adult day programs, noting that Rocky Mountain PACE offers far more than a traditional day center. The legislator and his team were intrigued by the level of home care that Rocky Mountain PACE offers, including nursing, CNA visits, personal care, therapies, social work and home modifications.
