The New Jersey PACE Association (NJ PACE) has launched a new website to support older adults, caregivers, health care partners and policy-makers across the state. The new website provides a comprehensive overview of PACE services in New Jersey, offering clear pathways for older adults and their families to learn how the PACE model helps them remain safely in their homes and communities.

The website features easy navigation, intuitive tools and a mobile-friendly design so visitors can easily locate their nearest PACE center, understand eligibility requirements, and explore the full spectrum of coordinated medical, social and long-term care services available through the program.

“We are thrilled to introduce a digital platform that reflects the innovation, compassion, and quality of care that define PACE in New Jersey,” said Pinni Friedman, president of NJ PACE. “The website will serve as an essential resource for families seeking supportive care solutions and for professionals committed to delivering whole-person, community-based services to older New Jerseyans.”

Key features of the new website include a PACE Center Locator, an interactive map and directory enabling users to quickly find local PACE providers and service areas, and News and Advocacy Updates, with information on policy developments, statewide initiatives, and the efforts of NJ PACE to expand access to high-quality care.

The website also offers educational resources, easy-to-understand content explaining how the PACE model works, eligibility guidelines, cost considerations and enrollment steps, as well as Member Support Tools such as resources related to PACE business partners and National PACE Association resources.

NJ PACE represents and supports New Jersey PACE organizations, working to advance high-quality, integrated care that empowers older adults to maintain independence, dignity and connection. The launch of the new website marks a key milestone in its ongoing mission to expand awareness and strengthen care coordination statewide.
