The event featured remarks by the secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), members of Congress, and representatives of the American Network of Community Options and Resources, National Alliance for Caregiving, National Association for State Health Policy, and National Council on Aging, as well as family caregivers and direct support professionals.
