Habitat Health with Kaiser Permanente Opens PACE Center in South Los Angeles

Habitat Health, in collaboration with Kaiser Permanente, has opened its first PACE center in the Los Angeles area.
The South LA Center, in Compton, CA, will help close "a real gap in access to care for older adults across South Los Angeles," said Matthew Bennett, CEO of Habitat Health.
