Habitat Health PACE with Kaiser Permanente Selects America West Transportation
Habitat Health PACE with Kaiser Permanente has selected America West Transportation to provide non-emergency medical transportation at its new PACE center in Los Angeles, CA.
“We feel very privileged to be a partner of Habitat Health and excited to help them in the journey to care for their participants” said Bryan Poulton, director of Business Development at America West Transportation, which handles hiring, credentialing, ride coordination, dispatch and quality assurance.
Habitat Health enables older adults to manage their health in their homes and communities, fostering an environment where participants feel a sense of safety and belonging. America West is the largest provider of non-emergency medical transportation for PACE organizations in the country.
