One participant had a version of Parkinson’s disease that caused him to freeze up and fall, to the point where he was getting injured, becoming depressed, and having to stay at home. "We paid for a motorized wheelchair for him, and he has not had a fall since," Dr. Zizza said. "It changed his life.”
