ALEXANDRIA, VA – June 18, 2026 – The National PACE Association (NPA) announced today a new collaboration with Domo, the data and AI platform provider, to enhance data analytics, benchmarking and reporting capabilities across the community of Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Through this partnership, the Domo AI and Data Products Platform will provide a secure, scalable foundation to support data-driven insights for 202 PACE programs operating across 33 states and the District of Columbia.

"This collaboration represents an important step forward in strengthening our ability to deliver meaningful data insights to PACE organizations nationwide," said Shawn Bloom, president and CEO of NPA. "By partnering with Domo, we are advancing our efforts to improve access to timely, actionable information that supports quality improvement, operational excellence and informed decision-making. Enhanced analytics and reporting capabilities will help our members better understand their performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and demonstrate the value of the PACE model for the older adults we serve."

“Data has the greatest impact when it is accessible, trusted, and connected to the people making decisions,” said Mark Boothe, chief marketing officer at Domo. “NPA is building a modern data foundation that will help its member organizations gain deeper visibility into performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and better support the older adults they serve.”

The collaboration is designed to support NPA's ongoing efforts to modernize its data and reporting infrastructure by streamlining data collection processes, improving access to benchmarking information, and expanding analytical capabilities. Leveraging the Domo cloud-native AI and Data Products Platform, NPA will be better positioned to provide member organizations with more timely performance insights, enhanced benchmarking resources, and robust reporting tools that support continuous quality improvement and strategic decision-making.

Data-Driven Insights

The modernization effort focuses on several key enhancements that will strengthen the ability of NPA to collect, analyze, and share data-driven insights across the PACE community:

  • Secure Data Submission: A new HIPAA-aligned member portal will provide a secure and streamlined experience for submitting both Protected Health Information (PHI) and non-PHI data files.
  • Automated Workflows: Domo's Magic ETL capabilities will help automate data integration and processing, reducing reliance on manual aggregation from disparate sources and accelerating the delivery of benchmarking and performance reports.
  • Real-Time Insights: Member organizations will have access to dynamic, interactive dashboards through Domo Everywhere, enabling more timely comparative analytics and supporting data-informed quality improvement efforts.
  • AI-Powered Innovation: The platform's integrated AI capabilities will support natural language querying, automated alerts, and future enhancements such as predictive analytics and more advanced data exchange capabilities with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

This transformation is being guided by recommendations from an advisory group of PACE representatives, ensuring that the enhanced data environment reflects the evolving operational, regulatory and reporting needs of the PACE community.

By standardizing data submissions, automating complex measure calculations, and improving access to actionable performance insights, NPA will be better positioned to support member organizations, strengthen advocacy efforts, and advance quality improvement initiatives across the country.

The National PACE Association works to advance the efforts of PACE programs, which coordinate and provide preventive, primary, acute and long-term care services so older individuals can continue living in the community. The PACE model of care is centered on the belief that it is better for the well-being of older adults with chronic care needs and their families to be served in the community whenever possible.
