Katie Pahner

Katie provides strategic and technical counsel to NPA members and external stakeholders on federal regulatory matters impacting PACE organizations. Prior to joining NPA, Katie was executive vice president at the Wynne Health Group, where she consulted to a diverse range of health care stakeholders – including marquee health systems, foundations, trade associations, health plans and state governments – to advance their federal and state health priorities on Capitol Hill and with the administration. She has more than 20 years of health policy experience, including in the CMS Office of Legislation. Katie holds an MPA with a concentration in health policy from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Elon University.
