Site tours are available at six PACE centers in the Denver area. Sign up before Oct. 2 to be placed on a waitlist.


Colorado PACE Center

Experience the innovative, participant-centered approach to care at Colorado PACE in Aurora. Attendees are invited to tour this vibrant, interdisciplinary center where health care, wellness and social engagement come together to help older adults remain safely and independently in their homes and communities.

Visitors can explore the medical clinic, rehabilitation gym, day center, dining area, activity spaces and participant gathering areas while learning how the interdisciplinary team (IDT) collaborates to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care. Gain insight into our enrollment process, utilization management strategies, and community partnerships that support successful aging in place.

Meet members of the IDT; hear how we are building a culture of compassion, innovation and excellence; and see firsthand how meaningful engagement and personalized care improve participant outcomes and quality of life. Join us to discover how Colorado PACE is shaping the future of integrated care and empowering older adults to live with dignity, independence and purpose.

InnovAge Colorado PACE – Aurora Center

Open since 2003, the Aurora Center has a successful rehab walking program. Historic local artwork is displayed in the hallways and the participant lounge, which features computers and comfortable reclining chairs. The center features a winding hallway that participants use to walk loops.

Participants enjoy weekly activities including bingo, tai chi, chair yoga, pottery classes and Diamond Art. Travel with Marjorie is a monthly educational program about destinations ranging from the Colorado National Monument to Ireland and the Arctic.  

The Aurora Center is one of six InnovAge PACE centers in Colorado. Other centers are located in Denver, Lakewood, Northern Colorado, Pueblo and Thornton

InnovAge Colorado PACE – Denver Center

The Denver Center opened in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in 2013. A year later, InnovAge relocated the center to a newly constructed building on South Broadway’s Antique Row.

The center features a winding hallway that participants use to walk loops. The soft lighting and historic artwork add to the calming atmosphere. Participants enjoy two patios, a clinical exercise gym, and weekly activities including bingo and outings to area attractions.

The Denver Center is one of six InnovAge PACE centers in Colorado. Other centers are located in Aurora, Lakewood, Northern Colorado, Pueblo and Thornton.

InnovAge Colorado PACE – Loveland Center

The Loveland Center in Northern Colorado opened in 2015, serving Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland and other surrounding communities. The building features a mountain resort-style entryway, with wooden beams, brick, stone and stucco.

Historically relevant local artwork is displayed along the curved hallway that provides access to all areas of the center and serves as a walking loop for participants. Some favorite participant activities are bingo, chair tap dancing and art. Participants also can utilize exercise equipment is the therapy gym.

The Loveland Center is one of six InnovAge PACE centers in Colorado. Other centers are located in Aurora, Denver, Lakewood, Pueblo and Thornton.

InnovAge Colorado PACE – Thornton Center

The Thornton Center opened in 2011 on a quiet cul-de-sac, with mountain views and frequent wildlife sightings. The center houses the kitchen that provides food to all six InnovAge PACE centers in the Colorado area.

Participants enjoy a patio with raised gardening beds, pottery and art classes, bingo, Zumba, nutrition classes, music, dancing, an independent gym and walking club. A walking loop provides access to all areas of the center and a place for participants to get their laps in.

The Thornton Center is one of six InnovAge PACE centers in Colorado. Other centers are located in Aurora, Denver, Lakewood, Northern Colorado and Pueblo.

Rocky Mountain PACE at Pikes Peak Center

Rocky Mountain PACE at Pikes Peak features a large, mountain cabin-themed day center and is the hub for specialty services for all our participants. Recent facility enhancements include a complete dental suite, an on-site pharmacy, a foot care and vision clinic, and a commercial-grade kitchen.

Visit our modern rehabilitation facility for physical, occupational and speech therapy. We also offer acupuncture and wellness services. Participants engage in exciting, energizing and interactive activities in our expansive day center. Other features include a secure Memory Lane area and a comprehensive medical treatment center with on-site lab draws.

Rocky Mountain PACE Center

Join Rocky Mountain PACE in Colorado Springs to experience the PACE model in action, with guided tours at two innovative centers. The day centers offer unobstructed views of Cheyenne Mountain, the iconic silhouette of Pikes Peak, the red rock formations of Garden of the Gods, and the Air Force Academy.

Rocky Mountain PACE serves more than 1,150 participants across three day centers that are strategically placed throughout our service area. Serving PACE participants since 2008, we are the 18th largest PACE program in the nation by census and the second largest in the state.
