Weather

Early October is one of the nicest times of the year in Denver, with mild, mostly sunny days and chilly nights. Visitors will enjoy the scenic fall foliage and can engage in other outdoor activities. There is always a chance for snow, however, so pack accordingly! Drink extra water in the aptly nicknamed Mile High City to avoid altitude sickness if you are traveling from areas closer to sea level.
