The following states have issued Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to encourage organizations to open PACE programs to serve specific communities.
2025
Oregon
The state issued a RFP for Jackson and Josephine counties.
Georgia
On April 4 the state released its Request for Proposals (RFP) for PACE and a timeline for response.

The state released a PowerPoint presentation with information pertaining to its expected RFP. The presentation includes new proposed PACE service areas that were added after the November 2024 town hall meeting.
Connecticut
The state released a Request for Information (RFI) to inform its PACE Feasibility Study.
Minnesota
The state released a Request for Information (RFI) related to the possible future development of PACE in the state.
New Jersey
The state issued two new RFAs:

The state announced the selection of organizations to develop PACE in the following counties:
- Bergen: WelbeHealth
- Passaic: Senior LIFE PA
- Middlesex: BoldAge
Oregon
The state announced a new statewide PACE provider in areas not currently being served by an active PACE organization.
Ohio
The state announced the selection of organizations to move forward with PACE development as a result of their RFP process.
