Jade Gong is a Senior Advisor on PACE and is a national thought leader in PACE growth, strategy and operations with more than 30 years of experience in strategy, management, and policy.

Josh McGilliard

Josh McGilliard is ATI’s PACE Director, a healthcare executive with 20 years of experience, including over 12 years in PACE operations and health plan leadership, driving growth and transformation across PACE and senior services.​

Conner Esworthy, PACE Financial Expert

Conner Esworthy advises on diligence and financial services. She has experience at Welsh, Carson, Anderson, and Stowe (WCAS), a prominent healthcare investor. She managed launch and diligence investment opportunities in the healthcare services space including naviHealth and InnovAge.

Tina Pickett, Managing Director

Tina Pickett is a Managing Director with expertise in federal policy and on-the-ground experience in healthcare delivery system transformation. Tina leads ATI's PACE line of business. Prior to ATI, she worked on advancing value-based care at Maimonides Medical Center and in federal policy at the Office of Management and Budget.
