Job Summary:

Are you a healthcare compliance expert looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors? At PACE-RI, providing high-quality care is the foundation of what we do, and your role as Compliance Manager helps ensure our programs operate in full compliance while supporting safe, ethical, and effective care delivery. As our Compliance Manager, you will report directly to the Chief of Organizational Performance, serving as the definitive subject matter expert for our regulatory landscape. You’ll lead the charge in fostering an "always ready" environment, overseeing our corporate compliance and risk management programs while ensuring we don't just meet federal and state standards—we exceed them for the benefit of our participants.

In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our compliance infrastructure. You will develop and monitor robust policies, lead the CMS survey process, and conduct critical investigations into fraud, waste, and abuse. This is a highly collaborative position where you will partner with Finance to navigate audits, work with Clinical teams on medical chart auditing, and present key insights to our Quality and Compliance Committee. From managing our Risk Management meetings to representing the organization at participant appeals, your work will directly protect the integrity of our mission and the safety of those we serve.

We are looking for a proactive leader who is as passionate about education as they are about execution. You will mentor a Compliance Associate and empower our entire interdisciplinary team through clear guidance on HIPAA, privacy practices, and regulatory shifts. If you are a detail-oriented professional who thrives on turning complex CMS deliverables and HPMS memos into actionable organizational strategies, we want to meet you. Join us in building a transparent, compliant, and thriving environment where your expertise ensures that PACE-RI remains a leader in community-based geriatric care.
