Qualifications and Requirements:

Education/Training/Certifications:  

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.

Experience: 

  • Marketing or sales experience required. 
  • Experience in a health or human services field is preferred but not required. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a marketing or sales role (health care provider preferred). 
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Is responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing plan and associated activities following State and Federal guidelines.
  • Meets or exceeds census enrollment targets.
  • Provides individual and group marketing presentations to potential referral sources.
  • Maintains consistent, close contact with existing referral sources. Develops and cultivates new referral sources. Maintains customer focus and serves as primary community liaison.
  • Maintains referral tracking system and mailing list as well as marketing files.
  • In conjunction with the Corporate Public Relations and Marketing, develops annual marketing plans and all appropriate marketing materials, including newsletters, press releases and advertising.
  • Participates in marketing activities, e.g. senior fairs, canvassing senior hi-rises, as developed in marketing plan.
  • Plans and coordinates open houses/marketing events to enhance exposure for the K-day PACE program.
  • Directs, supervises, and evaluates the Enrollment Specialist(s) and Eligibility Specialist.
  • Acts as Enrollment Specialist when necessary.
  • Evaluates and analyzes data and activities associated with marketing and the enrollment process weekly, monthly, quarterly.
  • Evaluates and re-evaluates processes to maximize efficiencies.
  • Collects data and prepares reports in accordance with the State PACE Administering agency and CMS requirements.

Salary & Benefits:

$110,000 - $145,000/year, Performance-based bonus TBD Employee Benefits
