WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Completes appropriate goal re-assessment and discharge planning.
  • Performs comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, treatment and related follow-up services including discharge planning.
  • Documents and submit patient reports and charges within the established timeframe.
  • Collaborates with patient and other healthcare personnel or outside agencies regarding coordination of care.
  • Develops a treatment plan with measurable goals based on patient assessment.
  • Provides occupational therapy, including selection and use of assistive equipment.
  • Trains and educate patients and family members or other support and document understanding of treatment plan and goals.
  • Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Techs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree - Required
  • Doctorate- Preferred
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) or Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) Indiana- Required
  • 1 Year Occupational Therapy- Preferred
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) American Heart Association- Required

Required Travel: Up to 50%
