2026 NPA Annual Conference
The 2026 NPA Annual Conference will be held Oct. 11-14 in Denver, CO. Symposiums on a range of topics relevant to PACE will be held on Sunday, Oct. 11, followed by educational sessions Monday through Wednesday, Oct. 12-14.
Hotel Reservations
The conference will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. The contracted room rate is $299 plus fees and taxes. Please use this passkey link to start your reservation.
Reservations should be made as early as possible and no later than Sept. 18. While Sept. 18 is the official cut-off date, rooms are only guaranteed while inventory remains available. If the room block fills before that date, rooms may sell out and accommodations may no longer be available.
Please do not hold multiple rooms under one name. Please be thoughtful of other individuals and provide one name for each reservation to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to book a room.

Call for Sessions and Facilitators
In addition to traditional educational sessions, the facilitated peer-to-peer roundtables have a new look and structure this year. NPA is seeking facilitators for two 45-minute roundtable discussions on a variety of hot topics in PACE. Facilitators will be assigned to a table of eight to 10 attendees in a communal location. They will make brief introductory remarks to frame the discussion, open the dialogue, engage attendees, and keep the conversation on track and on time. If you are interested in serving as a facilitator, view the Call for Facilitators. Due to the style of this educational offering, vendors and TAC providers are not eligible to facilitate peer-to-peer roundtables.
