The 2025 NPA Annual Conference will be held Oct. 5-8 at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York City. Symposiums on a range of topics relevant to PACE are scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 5, followed by educational sessions Monday through Wednesday, Oct. 6-8.

Hotel Reservations

The room rate of the New York Marriott Marquis is $399 single/double. Reservations are now open

In the unfortunate event of the hotel overbooking, as occurs with some hotels, please rest assured that it is not the policy of the New York Marriott Marquis to relocate guests that are part of a large group block.

Call for 2025 Award Nominations

NPA is seeking nominations for this year’s Marie-Louise Ansak Award, Judy Baskins Volunteer Leadership Award, Outstanding PACE Nurse of the Year Award, and our inaugural Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Award. The nomination deadline is Aug. 1.

Award recipients will be honored on Tuesday, Oct. 7, during the Leadership and Awards Luncheon at the 2025 NPA Annual Conference in New York City.
