Denver Will Host 2026 Conference

The 2026 NPA Annual Conference will be held Oct. 11-14 in Denver, CO. Symposiums on a range of topics relevant to PACE will be held on Sunday, Oct. 11, followed by educational sessions Monday through Wednesday, Oct. 12-14.

One-Day Registration

NPA offers a convenient one-day registration option (valid on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of the conference) for those unable to commit to the entire conference. If you would like to register for a one-day pass, contact NPA.

Student Registration

NPA offers a special student registration rate of $775 for the full conference, excluding the pre-conference programs, luncheons and social event. This discounted rate is valid for high school, university and postdoctoral students and student interns who would benefit from attending the conference. If you would like to register, contact NPA.

Group Discount Pricing

NPA will provide refunds to PACE organizations that meet the minimum number of registrations for the conference. The discount applies to the main conference registration fee for all registrants of the PACE organization. It does not apply to the pre-conference programs, luncheons, fitness event or social event registration fees. View the Group Pricing Discount Form for more details.

Hotel Reservations

The conference will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. The contracted room rate is $299 plus fees and taxes. Please use this passkey link to start your reservation. Reservations should be made as early as possible and no later than Sept. 18. Rooms are only guaranteed while inventory is available.

Please note that the NPA room block has sold out on select days. Due to a city-wide convention taking place during the conference dates, we cannot offer more availability once dates sell out. We recommend that you make a reservation for any available dates in case rooms become available for the other dates, as cancellations do occur.

Contact NPA Meetings and Conferences with your name, email, and the date(s) you would like to reserve at the Sheraton to be placed on a waitlist for rooms that open and for which NPA receives advance notice.

In addition, you can book an alternate hotel from the list below. NPA does not have an agreement with these hotels, so there is no need to reference the conference. These hotels are recommended for having comparable prices and a service level equivalent to the Sheraton and are within easy walking distance of the conference hotel and 16th Street Mall.
