Denver Will Host 2026 Conference

The 2026 NPA Annual Conference will be held Oct. 11-14 in Denver, CO. Symposiums on a range of topics relevant to PACE will be held on Sunday, Oct. 11, followed by educational sessions Monday through Wednesday, Oct. 12-14.

One-Day Registration

NPA offers a convenient one-day registration option (valid on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of the conference) for those unable to commit to the entire conference. If you would like to register for a one-day pass, contact NPA.

Student Registration

NPA offers a special student registration rate of $775 for the full conference, excluding the pre-conference programs, luncheons and social event. This discounted rate is valid for high school, university and postdoctoral students and student interns who would benefit from attending the conference. If you would like to register, contact NPA.

Group Discount Pricing

NPA will provide refunds to PACE organizations that meet the minimum number of registrations for the conference. The discount applies to the main conference registration fee for all registrants of the PACE organization. It does not apply to the pre-conference programs, luncheons, fitness event or social event registration fees. View the Group Pricing Discount Form for more details.

Pre-Conference Events Include New Compliance Symposium

Pre-conference events of the annual conference will include five symposiums held on Sunday, Oct. 11, prior to the official opening of the conference on Monday, Oct. 12. A new Compliance Symposium is now available, along with an Intake/Marketing Workshop, PACE Basics Workshop, Primary Care Symposium and Quality Symposium.

The theme of the inaugural Compliance Symposium is “Building a Culture of Compliance: Advancing Program Integrity, Accountability and Operational Excellence in PACE.” The symposium has been developed for compliance professionals, operational leaders, legal experts, quality leaders and subject matter experts across the PACE community.

The Intake/Marketing Workshop provides an opportunity to network, share effective practices for enrolling participants, and learn about emerging technologies to build greater awareness of the PACE model.

Attendees of the PACE Basics Workshop will learn about the PACE model of care and its history. Key topics will include the feasibility planning process of starting a PACE program, understanding the marketplace environment, resources to assist in developing a program, and federal, state and local policy.

During the Primary Care Symposium, clinical members of the interdisciplinary team will engage in complex case discussions, learn best practices for managing chronic conditions, and network. The symposium will address such topics as comprehensive care of patients with dementia; building high-quality, end-of-life care pathways in PACE; and emergency department vs. on-demand, home-based acute care.

The theme of this year’s Quality Symposium is “The PACE Difference: Advancing Quality Through Foundational Principles.” The symposium will provide actionable insights and strategies to strengthen quality improvement efforts.

Inaugural Meeting of the Rural PACE Consortium

NPA is excited to announce that we are revamping our Rural PACE Consortium! The inaugural meeting of the consortium will be held during the conference on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 2-3 p.m. in the Parlur Room of the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel.

NPA consortiums are collaborative engagement groups that bring together peers for networking, education, and the exchange of best practices. This is an opportunity to connect and engage with NPA members supporting PACE organizations or serving participants in rural areas.

Hotel Reservations

The conference will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. The deadline for the special room block rate has passed, and select dates are sold out. Alternatively, you can book a hotel from the list below. NPA does not have an agreement with these hotels, so there is no need to reference the conference. The hotels are recommended for having comparable prices and a service level equivalent to the Sheraton and are within easy walking distance of the conference hotel and 16th Street Mall.

Site Tours of Local PACE Centers

Site tours are available at six PACE centers in the Denver area. To sign up for a tour, visit the Volunteer Desk when you arrive at the conference.
