Where is the conference being held?

The conference will be held at the JW Marriott, 235 Louis Street NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. 

Do I need a username and password to register for this event?

Use your NPA Online username and password to register. If you do not have an NPA Online account, you can create one for free using your business email address. To create an account, select Member Login in the top navigation bar of the NPA website homepage. Select Create a New Account and complete the form. Select the name of your organization from the drop-down menu of options, and use the email address associated with your NPA member organization to ensure timely account verification. Click on Save at the bottom of the page. Most account requests are approved automatically. If your account needs to be verified by NPA, it may take one to two days to receive confirmation. My colleague wants to attend, too. Can I share my login and access with them?

Your NPA Online username and password are unique to you. Never share them with anyone else. To register someone else from your organization for this event, click on the event registration tab and select Register Someone Else. Each attendee must have a unique registration.

I’m registered. What do I do now?

Once you have registered, contact the conference hotel to make a reservation. Reservations at the JW Marriott, can be made online or by calling 877-901-6632. Mention the National PACE Association to receive the special contracted room rate of $219 plus taxes. The hotel reservation deadline is May 6, based upon availability.

What is included in my registration?

The Quality Symposium and Medical Director Essentials course registration fee includes a welcome reception on Friday evening, a continental breakfast, lunch and two refreshment breaks. The Clinical Symposium registration fee includes two continental breakfasts, lunch, two refreshment breaks, and a site tour of Care Resources, the local PACE program, on Saturday afternoon. 

How do I get to Grand Rapids?

The Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) is conveniently located 14 miles from the JW Marriott and the downtown area. Rental cars and taxis are readily available. The approximate cost of a taxi from the airport to the conference hotel is $35 to $40.

Is parking available at the conference hotel?


For overnight guests, self-parking is $41 a day, and valet parking is $45 a day.


Who should I contact if I need help with my event registration?

I need to cancel my registration. How do I do that?

Registration fee refunds, less a $50 service fee, will be processed if written cancellation is received by Jeff Olszewski no later than May 24. No refunds will be issued after May 24. Members are not able to cancel their registration online.

What safety precautions will be in place at the conference for COVID-19?

Everyone planning to attend the conference must agree to abide by the health and safety guidelines and recommendations related to COVID-19 promulgated by federal, state and local government agencies and officials, as well as by NPA and the event venue. If any health and safety guidelines are implemented, NPA will advise attendees. Attendees must further agree that if they test positive for COVID or have been exposed to COVID, they will abide by the current CDC Respiratory Illness Guidelines. Among the CDC resources available is the COVID Facility Access Tool.

Are continuing education credits available for this event?

This Summer Conference has been preapproved for CME/CNU credit. Paid registrants can claim credits commensurate with their participation at the conclusion of the conference in June. A learner notification document will be provided to registrants at the conclusion of the conference. The Medical Director Essentials is approved for CME/CNU and CMD credit.
