FAQs for the 2025 NPA Annual Conference
Where is the conference being held?
The conference will be held at the New York Marriott Marquis, 1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036.
Do I need a username and password to register for this event?
Attendees should use the username and password for their NPA Online account on the NPA website to register for this event. For assistance with registration or payment, contact NPA.
If you do not have an NPA Online account, you can create a free account by selecting Member Login in the top navigation bar of the NPA website. Select Create a New Account and complete the form. Select the name of your organization from the drop-down menu, and use the email address associated with your NPA member organization to ensure timely account verification. Click Save at the bottom of the page. Most account requests are approved automatically. If your account needs to be verified by NPA, it may take one to two days to receive confirmation. For assistance in creating an NPA Online account, contact NPA.
If you have an NPA Online account but forget your username or password, visit the NPA website and select Member Login in the top navigation bar. Then select Forgot Username or Forgot Password and follow the prompts to recover your lost account information. For assistance, contact NPA.
My colleague wants to attend, too. Can I share my login and access with them?
Your NPA Online username and password are unique to you. Never share them with anyone else. To register someone else from your organization, click on the event registration tab and select Register Someone Else. Each individual attendee must have a unique registration for this event.
What is the deadline for early-bird registration?
Early-bird registration ends on Sept. 8.
I’m registered for the conference. What do I do now?
After registering for the conference, contact the New York Marriott Marquis to make your hotel reservation. Reservations can be made online or by calling 800-843-4898. Mention the National PACE Association to receive the special discounted room rate of $399 plus taxes. The hotel reservation deadline is Sept. 13, based on availability. We recommend you book early as the hotel will sell out quickly. Please do not place multiple rooms in your name as it precludes others from booking.
What is included in my conference registration?
The registration fee includes three continental breakfasts, five refreshment breaks, site tours of local PACE organizations, and the Opening Night Reception. Additional fees are required for pre-conference symposiums, special luncheons and other activities. Please register in advance for these events. Special meal requests also must be made in advance.
Conference App
The conference agenda, speakers, session presentations and handouts will be available on the conference app. You can download the presentations and handouts to your device for easy reference or print and bring them with you. Printed handouts will not be provided on-site for the educational sessions. Any updates to presentations will be posted on the app after the conference concludes.
I need to cancel my registration. How do I do that?
Registration fee refunds, less a $50 service fee, will be processed if written cancellation is received by NPA Accounting by Sept. 22. No refunds will be issued after Sept. 22. Registration cannot be canceled online.
How do I get to New York City?
There are a number of options for traveling to New York City.
LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is 9.5 miles (45 minutes) from the Marriott Marquis. For information on transportation to and from the airport, visit the LGA website. Click on To & From LGA for details about taxis, public transportation and AirTrain service to the hotel.
John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is 18.5 miles (75 minutes) from the Marriott Marquis. For information on transportation to and from the airport, visit the JFK website. Click on To & From JFK for details about taxis, public transportation and AirTrain service to the hotel.
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is 16.5 miles (40 minutes) from the Marriott Marquis. For information on transportation to and from the airport, visit the EWR website. Click on To & From EWR for details about taxis, public transportation and AirTrain service to the hotel.
Amtrak is an excellent option to travel to the Marriott Marquis. The Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station is the closest Amtrak station to the hotel by taxi (three minutes), subway (13 minutes), walking (17 minutes), or bus (33 minutes).
Is parking available at the conference hotel?
Valet parking is available at the Marriott Marquis for $110 per night. Parking is subject to availability, and pricing may change.
What is the best way to get around New York City?
The Marriott Marquis is located in the heart of Times Square, making it easy to travel throughout the city. If walking isn’t an option, mass transit is the best way to get around. For more information, visit the New York City Tourism website.
How do I receive CEUs for the conference?
The conference has been pre-approved for physician, nursing and social worker continuing education credits. Registrants can claim credits commensurate with their participation at the conclusion of the conference. A Learner Notification Document will be available in the conference mobile app and will be provided to all attendees in their registrant packet upon check-in.
